I am so ashamed of my eating sometimes

so sometimes when I eat I am just embarassed by it and worry that people judge what or how much I eat and I can't cope it really drives me nuts can anyone relate oh my god!!!!!!!! how can I just let GO and not get this insane anxiety all the time!!!!!
