Welcome to the community, ! Was your weight loss sudden? At 195 pounds and 5-foot-2, most doctors would not be concerned that you were underweight, but they would be very concerned if you lost weight too rapidily. Did your doctor ever address the stomach pain that caused the problem in the first place or refer you to a gastroenterologist? Do you still have the stomach pain? If so, it might be wise to request a referral to a specialist or get a second opinion. Stomach pain so severe that you can't eat can be a symptom of a serious health condition.
Have you considered seeing a dietician? A dietician is like a personal trainer for eating. Visits are usually covered by insurance. A dietician can help you find the healthiest ways to bring your weight back down without sacrificing nutrition. That can be especially important since your physical activity is limited. You might even be able to arrange virtual visits after the first visit so you don't have to travel back and forth to appointments.
