Hi . That's the worst time for me as well. I find it helps to eat sometime with protien, like a small amount of nuts, and then stay busy. I eat the most when I sit at night and watch TV. If that doesn't work, a large salad with high-fiber, low carb vegetables and maybe a sprinkle of feta cheese will do the trick. A spicy low-calorie dressing makes the salad even more satisfying for me.
If I am truly hungry, it helps to satisfy that hunger. The problem is that evening fatigue can tempt me to overdo it. I am a writer, so often do my promotion and marketing the evening, go for long walks, do a puzzle in the winter -- anything but sit in front of that TV. If I do watch television to wind down at the end of the day, I find chewing sugar-free gum while I watch helps.
I'd love to hear what strategies others use. What a great question for a forum. Thanks for asking it! Warmly, Lori (Team Member)
