Slipping lunch into two stages?

When I was far younger and healthier I tried splitting my lunch into two parks to help my tummy digest my food better. It's much in line with slowing down how fast I chew, but I haven't been doing it over the last decade till now. Your thoughts?

  1. Hi . We are not experts, but many nutritionists recommend eating several small meals throughout the day over three big meals. Splitting your lunch into two smaller parts would be in line with that practice. You need to do what satisfies you most. Are you less hungry and more satisfied later if you split your lunch into two parts or does that just leave you hungry after eating the first half? - Lori (Team Member)
