How to eat dinner at home without the frequent desire to eat out?

Lately I've honestly been eating out lately. Im trying to get in the habit of eating healthier when I do, but my motives for eating out more frequently i think is tied with what I usually have dinner, which is usually fish, pop corn chicken and an apple. Obviously the apple is the healthiest of the three, but i have tl wonder any idea to combat this?

  1. As far as pre-made meals go are there any common brands you'd recommend that also can be found at local food stores?

  2. Hi . Have you considered subscribing to a meal program like Hello Fresh, Blue Apron or Marley Spoon? Those are national companies, but you might have a local one as well. Our Wegman's supermarket has some healthy, premade meals as well. Have you checked out your supermarket? The premade meals might be a good transition as you learn to make healthy meals at home. I find it helpful to make more than we need and then freeze a few servings. On nights when I don't want to cook, my husband and I usually have a few premade meals to choose from in the freezer. I hope that helps. Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
