I have lately been drinking previotic sodas as an alternative to Bai since the later is said to cause issues. Lately I mostly feel good from them, but with the word sodas in the name I figured id play things safe and ask before going any further.
Prebiotic sodas can be fine for many people, but it’s worth checking the ingredients and sugar content. Some can cause bloating or stomach upset, especially if you drink a lot. If you feel well with them, moderation is probably the best approach.

I think it depends on the ingredients and how much you’re drinking. Prebiotic sodas can cause bloating or stomach discomfort for some people, so I’d start slowly and see how your body reacts.

Hi . We aren't really experts on nutrition, so I'm not sure. Have you tried doing some research on that particular soda? - Lori (Team Member)

I figured it would be a safer option than what I had before.

A lot of people experience gastrointestinal problems when they have stevia, which is the sweetener used in Bai. It does sound like you'd probably be better of with probiotic soda, but, again, I'm not an expert. - Lori (Team Member)
