Good question, . I have a family member who is taking Zepbound right now. He had minor digestive issues for the first week and again when his doctor increased the dose, but no issues otherwise. He's lost about 20 pounds in about four months and it seems to have stopped the food noise for him. He no longer wants to each so much, especially at night.
Not everyone has it so easy, of course. I also moderate in our type 2 diabetes community, where some people have had to stop GLP-1s due to side effects. The good news is that, if you are taking it for weight loss, you can simply stop if you are too uncomfortable. That's not always possible for people with diabetes since they are also taking it to manage their blood sugar levels.
