Being able to wake-up everyday, and doing what I need to do.

Hi . Inflammation can sabotage weight loss efforts on so many levels between the pain, the weight fluctuations, the medications to control it. My heart goes out to you. Have you ever considered asking your doctor for help? You might benefit from a referral to a dietician or a weight loss clinic. The new weight loss medications are also effective in controlling inflammation in many people. Is that an option for you? Please know we are here for you whenever you need us.
