What does "healthy" mean to you?

There are many definitions for what constitutes a "healthy" person or lifestyle. How would you define the term? What behaviors or actions have you taken to be "healthy"?

  1. Being able to wake-up everyday, and doing what I need to do.

  2. My body functioning in a way that maintains optimal health: appropriate weight, manageable pain, low inflammation, easy mobility, optimal mental health.

      Despite me doing all the correct things. Inflammation everything hurts

    2. Hi . Inflammation can sabotage weight loss efforts on so many levels between the pain, the weight fluctuations, the medications to control it. My heart goes out to you. Have you ever considered asking your doctor for help? You might benefit from a referral to a dietician or a weight loss clinic. The new weight loss medications are also effective in controlling inflammation in many people. Is that an option for you? Please know we are here for you whenever you need us.   3. Good vitals, appropriate weight for height. No major illnesses.
