What does "healthy" mean to you?

There are many definitions for what constitutes a "healthy" person or lifestyle. How would you define the term? What behaviors or actions have you taken to be "healthy"?

  1. BeIng able to move around without losing my breath

    1. Hi . Is that a struggle for you now? If so, is it something you're working on? Baby steps are often the best way to get started -- a few steps today and a few more next week can lead to a mile in a few months.
