Diets sometimes worked when I was younger, but the more the stress piled on, the less effective they were. I know what I need to do to lose weight, but it requires prioritizing myself more, which was often hard while raising kids, working and caring for elderly parents. I've tried WW three times now, but I get too easily annoy with having to log everything I eat. It actually makes me pay too much attention to food and ups my cravings. I tried keto, but I hated the way it made me feel. I do enjoy intermittent fasting and I have lost a few pounds with it. I am excited to dive fully into it when my last two graduate high school this year and I am more in control of my own schedule. I would love to hear what others have tried.
