What items, tools, or gifts would make your life with obesity a little easier?

What I think would be most helpful, on top of the others I posted in the list, are things that I used in Physical Therapy. These may not be available in the home of others...
* A half step, rather than the normal steps we use. Taping phone books together to get that shorter step, sounds dangerous, to easy to slide and fall.
* A print out of sitting yoga exercises. Online, it adds up $$ too fast. When my physical therapist left, I agreed to find something online to use. I'm thinking that others could use that too, rather than just being told to look online or with You Tube. Some of them are charging too. I did like my physical therapist, who sadly retired. The other here in town, not so much.
* Light weights.
* Yoga mat (that's good for anyone to use).
* Something motivational.
* Is there something that could be played on a headset? The headset wouldn't have to be expensive.
* Timer.
* Snacks would be difficult because of allergies and other reactions.
* Mug, geared toward drinking enough water all day. My husband got me a Yeti, that keeps ice cold for about 24 hours.
* Gel packs to use as ice packs. Heating pads. Some can be used for cold or hot.

Affordable healthy food. Cheaper food or more money. $50 a week for two people buys the cheapest food is all and that's high carb, high salt, high sugar, high fat, low quality food
