How do you manage sore and swollen feet?
Do your feet swell? How do you manage it when and if they do? What shoes do you wear? Have you found a comfortable pair that fit comfortably around the swelling?
I just got new shoes because of my feet I'm a woman but I wear a 16 wide they fit better that way for me. I've taken water pills but I have to go every few minutes. But I've been drinking all types of tea and it helps a lot.
New Balance 928 athletic shoes. My surgeon said to wear only these shoes after four foot surgeries. They accommodate orthotics well. Do I like them? No. But they’re what the doctor ordered. They come in a wide range of sizes.
